BTC just went up 60% (ETH 150%) in like 6 weeks on no news. Every time this happens it comes back down again. That's because it's a pump (& dump). If it's actually a buy at 9700 why were people selling millions of dollars worth under 7k less than 2 months ago? Because the prices are arbitrary and heavily manipulated.
