Should I reinvest in ICX/Ven or have I missed my opportunity?
Any other alt coins I should look into or is ETH the smart move for awhile?

If you believe in the projects longer term, it probably makes sense. Some people are more comfortable with entering a position by dollar cost averaging. I.E, little chunks spread out. It limits the risk of putting your whole stack in at the top. The flip side is you may miss out on substantial moons before you have enough in for it to make a difference.
