This comes in the limelight days after Justin Sun stated that the Foundation is expecting to see notable progress in terms of the dApps built on Tron network, adding that the expected number for the month of December was 80+ – a 400% growth.
Moreover, the Foundation also launched Tron Arcade, a 100 million fund for the gaming industry for the next three years. This fund is aimed at going to be encouraging developers to build their game and content on Tron, thus adding on to the development of the ecosystem.
Sun also made an announcement regarding the transactions that took place on the network this week. The CEO had stated on Twitter:
“According to http://tronscan.org , the data shows that the transactions last day (Dec, 20) is 308829 which breaks the record. The fast increase of Dapp also accelerates the activity of #TRON mainnet. #TRX $TRX”
