In 1.5 minutes Mann gets more emotion out of 2 actors and a few exterior cutaways of Hong Kong than whoever won best director last year did in a 2 hour movie about human lizard. |

Blackhat is underrated but its not as beautifully filmed as Vice, the soundtrack is worse and Helmsworth was miscast/poorly written.
On the other hand, I think Farrell crushed it. People didn't appreciate Miami Vice in its time because they compared it unfavorably with the show, but I like that it was darker and grittier |
