The core elder law practice is Medicaid planning and applications. Everything else is just ancillary. The name of the game is getting people with like 200k-800k in savings on Medicaid in nursing home and passing some of those assets on to spouse/kids. The great thing about this area is that it’s an absolutely enormous market for your services and the clients are not particularly cost sensitive since the money is going to be paid to the nursing home anyways.
