Date: February 24th, 2026 11:40 AM Author: vengeful public bath I always find that a bit surprising because whenever I see the trackman numbers of pros from the range the majority seem to be 0-3 degrees positive. Obviously there are guys like Koepka who are steep on everything and a few degrees down on driver. Probably a result of most guys hitting a cut with driver and choosing the control of not changing set up and ball position as much as required to go from -3 with a fairway wood/hybrid, to positive AoA with driver. Was getting 250-260 total yards at my peak last fall
At the range yesterday couldn't carry it 200 consistently
I'm hoping it's because I was using a 2.75 inch rubber tee vs my normal 2.25 that I forgot to bring (translates to ~1.5 inches off ground which seems in the lower range like AK uses) |
