I had a cigar and it made me throw up

I've had these for a couple years, a little dried out but no big deal. I became nauseous when the cigar was mostly finished and ended up throwing up 30-60 minutes later. My friend has a bad headache today even though he wasn't drinking before the cigar (he did smoke weed tho, but he smokes regularly)

I had one with them and I smoke cigs on occasion so I thought no big deal. 20 mins later my wife is driving me home and my stomach felt like I ate rusty nails.
