I guess I meant do you agree with his general assessment that: financial elites believed the system was headed for failure, as evidenced in part by the Blackrock "going direct" memo that was written during the summer of 2019. Then the repo markets (inter-bank lending) went nuts during the fall of 2019. And then COVID hit and the Blackrock memo was put into action.
The only thing I can't tell from Vighi's writing is if he thinks COVID was purposefully released from a lab in order to do all of this or if it was simply used as convenient cover (and that something else would've been used in its place as needed.)
It sounds like you do agree with him, but I am not familiar with your earlier posts on the matter. Though I am also not sure how I found his work to begin with. It may have been from lurking on here.
Curious if you have any thoughts as to what was driving the repo market stuff in 2019. Vighi seems to suggest that banks stopped trusting each other, presumably because of all the zombie companies they were financing. But I'm not sure overall.

I'm far more off the reservation than "COVID was released from a lab", brother. Personally, I think COVID was simply rebranded flu - which fell to zero cases in 2020 - and that it was effectuated for certain political objectives, one of which was likely to shore up a shaky financial market. The other objectives included (1) instituting permanent nationwide vote by mail, overseen by a voting "tsar" (check), (2) see how far the American and world publics could be pushed without rebellion (check, almost infinite), (3) print $12+ trillion and funnel most of it to the elites and their allies (check), (4) overthrow Orange Man (check), and (5) do a population-wide untested mRNA experiment on the general population in the hopes of supercharging research for elite longevity, while killing off a good number of so-called "useless eaters" (check). It was a rousing success for them.

I'm a fan of both, and Lacan is more cogent than people give him credit for
I view it more as an additional interesting perspective and less a source of truth
