Their worldview is so fragile that it is increasingly at risk of shattering at all times. If you look at the deeply blue cities with large minority populations, they have basically been able to put in all of their policies with no real pushback for 4+ years now. And instead of Equality, they're getting massive upticks in violent crime and substantially decreased quality of life. A normal person (not even some far right person) just looks at this stuff and goes "yeah obviously this was going to happen." But to the libtard mind, they should be living in a sort of Equality Utopia.
I think guys like Jacob Frey (Minneapolis mayor) probably have some awareness of the problem, but are completely prisoner to it. And the current bullshit allows him to get some upcummies from standing at a podium while talking about how Somalis are "just as American as you and me," but you gotta figure that'll fade as conditions continue to deteriorate.
I would legitimately not be surprised if at some point a True Believer shitlib detonated a suicide vest. The saddest part is that the minorities they dedicate their lives to view them as shit just as the rest of us do.

I'd actually prefer that Trump pulled ICE and all Federal resources out of these shitholes and instead just did daily press briefings on the insanity that places like Minneapolis, Portland, etc. have become. |
