More random thoughts...The new Chinese rail line to Iran was one of the first things to be taken out. I think isreal actually struck it first. I think Trump is also cheap as fuck and thinks using Israel to attack Iran saves money. I'm not kidding. Although the DoD absolutely does not factor in how much a war will cost at all.
There for certain is more money to be made building ships instead of the small scale systems the defense industry got during the later portion of the WAR ON TERROR. This fits old school neocon shit. China is also buying record US oil. I also think China is a paper tiger and more use as a bogeyman. They're getting old and not very expansionist.
Interesting that North Korea is kind of forgotten about now as well. They just tested new missiles last week and nobody gave a fuck.
