After 8 or 9 vignettes that are like "Being John Malkovich" our journalist tries to "fix" one of our more broken poasters, but he goes too deep, he's stuck (like "Inception"). He must give up and stop trying to fix the brokenness. He must step into the void and become one with the existential bottom that is XO. Overarching theme of the novel is that Web 1.0 webchat log is more IRL than whatever crap we have going on now. |
